"A large, dark, deep pigmented black and tan. This dog is very striking and extremely handsome. He has good bone, firm back, good ribbing, length and breathe of loin, coupr and tail set. He has strong ears and an absolutely gorgeous masculine head set off perfectly with black eyes. His gait is balanced, elegant and flowing. His feet are a bit loose, but a minor fault compared to his major virtues. With just a bit more maturity and ring experience, this dog will be hard to beat."
