"Champion Autumn‘s Satin Whisper. Undoubtedly she is the reason we continued to show German Shepherds.  

 Curtis picked Satin from our "first litter" of show puppies whelped in 1991.  Our daughter Jaime showed her at our "first real dog show" and won our "first Winners Bitch” and our "first Best of Winners”, all  from the 6-9 puppy class.  At our first "specialty” dog show weekend, Satin won our first "major”, and our "first puppy", again from the 6-9 puppy class. Satin later became our first “nationally ranked” show dog, our "first Futurity/Maturity producer", our first “ROM Qualifier”, and later in 1999 our first “ROM Bitch”. Indeed this is the “First Lady” of Autumn!  She is gone but will never be forgotten"
