"Finnegan began his show career in 1976,
completing his title at two years of age, with two Group wins from the
classes. Finnegan went on to be the number one U.S. German Shepherd Dog
winner for four years, from 1976 through 1979. He was also the number
one U.S. Working Dog and Quaker Oats Award winner for 1977."

"He began his show career in 1976, completing his title at 2 years of age, with 2 group wins from the classes. Finnegan went on to be the number one US Working Dog and Quaker Oats Award winner for 1977. As a sire, Finnegan has produced 29 champions to date, with several more nearing their titles. He has produced several multiple champion litters, including a 4 champion litter. In addition, he has completed the ROM requirements for 3 ROM dams, with a 4th dam needing but a single winner to complete her ROM title. Finnegan was that very rare combination; a top winner and top producer."
