GSDC of America---1987---Maturity Victrix
"Ch Howard's Magic Moment - this was an unusally
good class of bitches. The depth of this class was as good, if not better,
than any class that I had the priviledge to judge at this National. The
winner of this class was as good one. In appearance she is a medium to
small dog. She is a very deeply pigmented black and tan, who was in good
coat and condition. She is strong and agile and presents an outline of
smooth curves. She is well balanced with good coordination. At a full
trot she maintains firmness of back without sway or roll. She did not
tire and had to work hard to win her class. Foot timing-9 +."
"Ch Howard's Magic Moment - I selected her
over the male, Bachchen's Spendabuck for Best in Maturity. The male was
a large, very dark black & tan with excellent secondary sex characteristics.
He demonstrated nice movement but was not as consistent in the quality
of movement when compared to the bitch. I was delighted to see that my
Best in Maturity bitch was selected as The Grand Victrix on Saturday in
the Best of Breed ompetition."

Sex
"This two and one-half year old, medium sized,
well balanced animal sparkled and was asking for it. She displayed great
showmanship and could not be denied on the day. She displayed excellent
sidegait as well as soundness coming and going. If I were to be extremely
critical, I would like her to have just a little bit more all over and
have a shade darker eyes. She is harmony in motion."
