"18 entered, 13 shown. Solid balanced dog in excellent condition. His exceptional temperament and strong character were evident. He is a medium sized dog with correct proportions, very sound coming and going. A strong masculine head, high wither, strong straight back, long sloping croup, excellent tail carriage, excellent bone, strong feet and pasterns. Black and reddish tan in color. A hard dry dog with a powerful side gait. He was lovely both on a loose and tight lead."
