GSDC of America---1961---Select #3 Breed Survey: General Impression: Large, typy, dry, well balanced bitch with good topline, legs and chest as viewed in stance. Sound on all nerve tests but somewhat anxious attributed to being in season. Full dentition with correct bite. Well angulated front and rear. Gait correct as viewed from all angles Physical Characteristics (standing): Height: 24 inches. Weight: 75 lbs. Length: 29 inches. Depth: 11 1/2 inches. Chest Circumference: 30 1/2 inches. Body: Typy, large, dry, well muscled, well balanced bitch, presented in good condition. Topline: High withers, long well formed sloping croup low set tail, proper length, feathered. Fore and Rear Legs: Straight, parallel legs, strong properly sprung pasterns. Chest and Fore Chest: Chest well developed. Temperament: Test I: Normal. Test II: Normal. Test III: Normal. Observations After Tests: Reserved, approachable, a trifle anxious perhaps due to being in season. Head and Expression: Head: Noble, well chiseled. Ears: Well placed, well formed and well carried. Eyes: Well placed, well formed and medium. Teeth: Full dentition, correct bite. Jaws: Strong. Angulation: Rear Angulation: Well angulated. Shoulder Angulation: Well placed and well laid back. Coat and Pigmentation: Coat correct texture. Pigmentation: Strong. Gait: Side Gait: Outreaching front and rear, feathery travels with high withers, feet close to the ground. Front Gait: True coming.
