You can fax Rau at (610-376-4939)(extra $4.00 charge). Make sure
you keep proof
of when you faxed in case there is a mix-up. You can FedEx - Keep your
receipt. Regular mail - mail early as you never know these days. You can
call and verify that it got there if you want.
