READ ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE ENTRY FORMS CAREFULLY: The following official entry forms are to be used for this year. These are all PDF formats. Click on the form you need. Once opened do "File/Save As" to download the form to your computer. Once the file is in your computer you can open it again and then print as many copies as you need. NOTE: Each form consists of 2 pages. Make sure you fill out and submit both pages to Jim Rau Dog Shows.. You can fax Rau at (610) 376-4939 (an extra $4.00 charge applies). Make sure you keep proof of when you faxed in case there is a mix-up. You can FedEX - Keep your receipt. Regular mail - mail early as you never know these days. You can call and verify that it got there if you want. |
