Annual Dues Payment for AKC Regional Clubs

Tiered by the number of members.
Due no later than 12/31 of each year.
Do not use for SV Member Club dues.
The Regional Club Survey is mandatory.
Before or after filling out this annual form, please login to your Member Club Member Account and upload your most recent proof of insurance and club roster to your account.
Make sure all of your information in your account is current and accurate.
Failing to do complete the annual survey and upload your required documents may slow down your show approval process. Thank you!

Finally, after submitting your survey/roster/insurance, paying your dues, and updating your member account information, please go to the Regional Club Directory on our website and verify your info is correct.
