Beginning July 1, 2025, certificates, pins/pendants, medallions for new titles earned will be awarded by request only. Members have up to 6 months after the title date to make their request. (The GSDCA Board approved a grace period where titles earned from June 1, 2025 can be submitted through June 30, 2026, at which time the 6 month deadline will apply.)
Additionally, Certificates, Pins/Pendants, and Medallions are available for purchase in the GSDCA Store by the owner for co-owners. Lost pins/pendants, certificates and medallions are also available for purchase. Contact Joye Evans if you have any further questions.
The request form is below. Please use a separate form for every dog (multiple titles per dog are ok). You will be asked to upload a copy of the AKC Title Certificate(s) or Working Dog’s scorebook pages for verification. Scorebook must be WUSV approved and title must be earned at a GSDCA event. Upload image of scorebook front cover, dog info (inside cover) and title page. No scanner? Take a photo with your phone!
