GSDCA Electronic Balloting Opt-In/Opt-Out

The Germen Shepherd Dog Club of America will be moving to an Electronic Balloting system with the 2021 Election.

All current members are requested to verify their name, membership number, email address, mailing address, and phone number with this form. Shared email addresses are acceptable because unique secret ballots will be generated for each valid membership number.

Once you have entered your information please choose either the Opt-In or Opt-Out button and submit your form.

Those that Opt-In will receive a secret ballot and instructions for submitting it via email. Ballots may only be submitted one time.

Those that Opt-Out will receive a secret paper ballot in the mail as in the past.

Any member that does not submit this form will be added to the paper ballot mailing list.
